How do I know whether I would benefit from Hypnotherapy, NLP or Coaching?
The best thing to do is to get in touch and we can have a chat about what you want to achieve. Generally, Hypnotherapy and NLP is used more as a 'therapy' to effect personal change, whereas Coaching looks at what you want in life and helps you to achieve this.
I need some advice as to how to move forward in my life, can you help me?

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

I have a severe fear of flying. How many sessions will I need to overcome this?
Fears and phobias can generally be dealt with in 1 or 2 sessions.
Do I need to consult my GP before having Hypnotherapy?
If you have a serious medical condition, I recommend you speak to your GP prior to booking a session.
I've been told that NLP is mind control, is this true?
Whilst NLP is often used by advertisers (& politicians!) as an influencing tool, I use it to help you to run your brain more effectively so that you can achieve your goals and have more choices in life.
