Can I just book for Hypnotherapy without NLP or Coaching?
In theory, yes you can. However, my goal is to help you overcome whatever challenge you have in as few a sessions as possible. This usually means that I will incorporate some NLP and Coaching as this will produce more powerful results. I will always tell you my recommendations when we have an initial chat.
I need some advice as to how to move forward in my life, can you help me?
Whilst I do not offer advice, I can assist you in finding the best way forward for yourself and support you during the process of change.
Will I lose control during hypnosis?

I have a severe fear of flying. How many sessions will I need to overcome this?
Fears and phobias can generally be dealt with in 1 or 2 sessions.
Do I need to consult my GP before having Hypnotherapy?
If you have a serious medical condition, I recommend you speak to your GP prior to booking a session.
I've been told that NLP is mind control, is this true?
Whilst NLP is often used by advertisers (& politicians!) as an influencing tool, I use it to help you to run your brain more effectively so that you can achieve your goals and have more choices in life.
Do you work with children?
No, I only work with people aged 16 and over.
